We are always inside us

We are always inside us. We are always resounding.
In growth, and in joy, we are continually grounding.
Each moment is a micro, of the All that Is.
Its oneness, its suchness, creating what is.
This body is transitory, this story remains.
Through lives, loves and lustings, truth calls its refrain.
Growth, joy and rapture in all that we are.
Naturally awesome creatrixes of power.
The world we have named logged and alphabetised its form,
But our soul knows another time, when we were all formed.
This bliss of creation, mind configuration,
This ultimate joy of all senses employed.
Allowing the majesty, releasing all tragedy,
Knowing that all encompasses the fall.
Enlightenment and rapture embodied in being that can be captured.
Rainbows of grey, as they fly fully away.
Gnosis, ‘know-sis’, knowledge of all,
Family connection, allowed to be all.
The oneness, the joy, the sorrow, the hell;
All parts of being Human create stories to tell.
The veil, oh so thin, oh so easily moved,
By grief or by pain or by magic mushrooms.
Whatever our medicine, whatever our path
Grow sense of humour, learn how to laugh.
Allowing our process our griefs and our failings,
Learning and growing, soul light maintaining.
This moment, this now, is all, it’s true,
Created specifically by and for, me and you.
Knowledge and wisdom leads to the crown,
Rising up from our boots finally washing selves down.
Allow, aspire. Become, inspire.
Grow, heal, love.
Be here, now,
Below, and above.
